Especially let’s clear out that this is an official page of terms and condition of Quick Understand Fashion Jobs. The only reason we have not written Officially Verified in the title is that we didn’t have that much space left in our title.
So, till now you might be aware that Quick Understand is releasing their Fashion department Jobs on 4th and 5th January of 2018.
The first people to get notified about these jobs were the official employees of the company. Because the company asked their employees to tell the news to their community members.
Also, the employees can suggest a few names to the company. It’s a sort of trust mark that an employee is suggesting someone then he/she might be good. In such case, the name of suggested people will be taken more seriously than others.
But, it’s very difficult to find someone who is an employee and would be interested to suggest your name. As these jobs are in a great demand so some people even took up to Rs. 40,000 to suggest names of an employee.
Quick Understand had 4 technical employees as it conducted its technical interview on 3rd November. But, all of these employees were caught together bribing people for suggesting their names.
All of these employees were fired from their jobs. So, Quick Understand conducted the technical interview again on 15th and 16th December 2017 and this time the technical interview was very hard as it was focussed on hiring only and only very loyal and very knowledgeable employee.
That’s why you might have heard it that the technical interview of Quick Understand was very hard this time.
But, if you successfully able to find a loyal employee who is ready to suggest your name and that too legally than you hit a million dollar shot.
So, especially try to get involved with a technical field employee as if you know a technical field employee very personally than you are at the starts. Because the value of the technical field employee is at the top because it was the hardest interview this time.
Only, one person was selected this time for the technical field and that’s pretty obvious you all know the one and only Lokesh Anand.
Terms And Condition Of QuickUnderstand Fashion Jobs
1. Every employee will get a company dress as an employee symbol and not only one company dress but every employee will be receiving company dresses on the account of every new year.
2. Every employee will get a coffee mug with employee face printed on the coffee mug and that too one new mug every year.
3. Every employee will get a personnel company laptop and that will be provided with a choice of an apple and windows version.
4. Every employee will get a personnel company mobile phone and the phone would be chosen by the employee from the given options.
5. Different types of dresses like party wears, ethnic wears, suits, sarees, etc will be given to an employee on a regular basis. Like two or three dresses per month for reviewing them and after review they will be of the employees permanently.
6. Every employee will get different types of artificial jewellery and that too two or three per month for review.
7. Every employee will get real gold coins n the accounts of some special occasions.
8. Of course, every employee will get the salary. The starting salary will get started from Rs. 20000/month. The salary of fashion department will be little higher than others because sometimes these employees are required to do various things with money such as getting cloth pieces stitched, getting piko done on their clothes.
This salary will increase over time as the employee gets better in work.
9. Every employee will be promoted based on their works. The promotions will become as high as becoming the manager.
10. The managers will be undertaking all the department function and their employees. All the accessories and fashion dresses will be under the control of managers.
11. Managers will be called to meetings with top celebrities and influential people in their fields. But, it depends on the employee whether they want to attend a meeting or not.
12. All the staying charges in the hotels and transportation charges including flight tickets and all the food charges will be given by the company.
13. Managers will have the authority to keep someone as an employee or dismiss them anytime.
14. Before dismissing someone managers will be giving 30-day advanced notice to the employee as well as the company. Because it is very difficult to find fashion jobs so 30-day advanced notice will be the time for employees to find new jobs.
15. Managers will get surprising gifts and many meeting tour packages in which all money for flights, food, hotels, etc will be given by the company.
16. It is a home based job and managers and employees have their own choices whether to go in meeting and tours or not.
Right now the actual jobs will be released on 4th and 5th of January, 2018 and then we will look forward to who get’s selected for this interview. Let’s see who are the lucky persons this time.
